This error should never be reported during normal operation. It may be reported during diagnostic commands, for example if an "ale init" command is issued while the machine is suspended. Enter "clear" or "resume" to restart the machine. This error could also come up if a diagnostic command causes the machine to suspend with an error, then a workstation plot is started. Again, fix the original suspend error and continue.
